What we're seeing
At Alpine Vista, the student:teacher ratio has fallen 11% over the 5-year window — from 24.8:1 in 2022 to 22.0:1 in 2024. The gap vs US average of 15.4:1 has narrowed — from 9.4:1 above in 2022 to 6.6:1 above in 2024.
